Welcome KOHP/Tomando Control Leaders! I hope that you find the leader section of great resource to you. On behalf of KDHE, I am available to provide technical assistance to you and make it as easy as possible for you to host KOHP and Tomando Control de su Salud workshops in your community. I, and other members of the team, will support you in several ways including:
- Collecting class participant forms
- Problem solving around workshops
- Advertising your KOHP/Tomando Control classes
- Sharing updates through the Arthritis Listserv
- Connecting you with other trained KOHP/Tomando Control Leaders.
